DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital sales are final. Because the file is delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience any issues accessing your file, contact us at hello@onrushgoods.com and we will make it right.
PRINT JOURNAL
Because each journal is printed to order, all sales are final. If your journal arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
APPAREL
Because each item is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or fit. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, you will be notified and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@onrushgoods.com.
