Between Here + Then is a 120-page digital journal for women in the middle of something they can't quite name yet. Inside you'll find guided prompts, song lyric reflections, section dividers, and open writing space. No fill-in-the-blank exercises. No daily tracking. Just room to sit with yourself and write what's true.

This is not a journal to finish. It's a place to arrive.

Pages can be used in any order. Works on iPad, tablet, or print at home.

DIGITALLY ON IPAD OR TABLET
Open the file in any PDF annotation app (such as GoodNotes, Notability, Apple Books, or similar) and write directly on the pages using a stylus or finger.

ON COMPUTER
Open the PDF in any PDF reader and type using annotation or text tools, or simply read and reflect.

PRINTED
Print any page and write by hand.There are no fillable text fields. All writing is done freely on the page.

Pages can be used in any order.
